Not only he discusses and explains the growth rate, viral growth and different growth analysis, but also he provides the most important graph- the retention graph, which shows the percentage of actual users who visit the website again. Analysis of 30 days visitors’ visit into Facebook showed that Facebook had future huge growth potential. More importantly, he says “Product is important in finding the right customer-fit” and emphasizes that “Finding the right product” is very essential for any startup growth. That’s why it takes so many great startups to experiment, fail and re-design their products. Without a great product, any startup will not have the retention ability for building the consistent flow of customers.
